Tips on what a bride should know about your wedding videographer

  • Allow your videographer setup time and establishment shots before each part of the wedding day.
Typically, we need 45 minutes before the ceremony and get outside and inside shots of your ceremony location, decorations and guests, and to set up audio and video equipment. The same goes for the reception.
  • Give your videographer the wedding day itinerary.

We like to plan your day in advance and map out where we need to be and at what time. We also like to know the significant events you've planned so we are there to capture those special moments.

  • Your videographer needs input from you before they can edit your video.

They may need:

  1. Invitation
  2. Ceremony Program
  3. Your music choices on your CD’s. Most videographers want your original CD’s, not copies.
  4. If you have the option of incorporating photos, these will be required.
